There are many teachers who love and use Edhelper (http://edhelper.com/) A teacher friend from NJ sent me this. It is another site for teachers, but it allows you the teacher to also upload your own material, and post it and sell it. I think a teacher from NYC started the site. Here is the site. http://www.teacherspayteachers.com/

This is about house painters! Benchmark Home Painters, Interior and exterior, fully insured benchmarkhomepainters@hotmail.com/ Galen C. Wall 781-771-0736.  I ran into my former student, Galen Wall, and asked how he was doing. About a year ago, he was starting a house painting business for the summer. Well, he graduated college this year, but his business now has 7 people!, and it is thriving! He was a GREAT student and a really great kid, and still seems so. He said that if you mention that "Sandy from Lexington" told you, he will give you 5% discount. Happy painting! Sandy Lewis (Posted June 15, 2007)

http://web.mac.com/smblewis/iWeb/gas/  Hi all!  Feeling a bit out of sorts every time you get gas and the price goes up?  For anybody born 1960 or before, feel like this is a déjà vu?  Well, you're right!  Almost to the letter T, this is a déjà vu of 1977!  The only thing missing is a gas shortage!  Well, this had "jingle" written all over it!  So putting pen to paper, and a melody to go along (peppy and feet tapping if I do say myself!) I composed this little ditty!  The speech in the background is President Carter 1977 "Crisis of Confidence" speech. It is a real eye-opener, let me tell you!  Enjoy! Our group is a totally non-profit designated organization (federal and state non-profit status) that is operated 100% by volunteers. If interested, you can send me your old cellphones (Paula Michalosky/Estabrook) through school mail. (Posted January 9, 2007)

If you are bored, go to my little .mac site, and check out my new jingle. It is 33 seconds long, andhas a little story behind it! I composed it for the fun of it! If you like it, let me know, and pass it along. Don't listen to it too much.. it is weirdly addictive! http://web.mac.com/smblewis/iWeb/Site%2014/My%20jingle.html  Sandy Lewis (Posted December 18, 2006)

Please look at the pictures on this website http://www.alanchefitzphotography.com/     My son Alan (age 22) has a website that was created by my older son Eric (age 29). Alan has many physical limitations and has been a pioneer in the inclusion model when it started about 15 years ago in Lexington and Concord schools (where we live).  Alan's disabilities are many. He can't smell, taste, chew food or hear in his left ear. He speaks with a communication device, has poor vision (though not legally blind), feels no sensation in his face and eyes and needs medicine every two hours.  To my amazement, he wakes up happy every day. He looks forward to what each new day will bring. and expects it to be great.  I urge you to take a look at his website. It is Alan's first attempt to earn his own money. If you would be kind enough to pass along the website to your family and friends it would be greatly appreciated.  Roz Chefitz.  (Posted November 30, 2006)

And, not to leave salt out of the picture, I have added lots more to my little sodium information website! It's free, so check it out often! See below.  Sandy (Posted October16, 2006)

Salt !! For those who may want some information on sodium content in foods, I have a created a free website that gives the sodium content in foods like Chef Boyardee, Progresso, and Campbells. After my father had a stroke, I started to research the sodium content in foods. I needed a site that I could access to find the sodium content of foods quickly. The site shows what 400 mg. sodium looks like, and has other little salt tidbits. This started out as a small project, and has grown a bit. It is not a professional site, just a little homegrown website. It is a work in progress, and it is not perfect, but it is a way for me to be more aware of salt in foods. Keep checking as I add to the site! Panera may be my next "upload!"  (Posted September 14, 2006) http://web.mac.com/smblewis/iWeb/Site%207/Salt%20salt%20salt.html
